How do I get in touch with my Mower?

If you wish to contact your Mower about a special instructions or directions, you can do that through the app.

To contact your Mower:

  1. Tap the Messages tab in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the blue Send a Message button to start a conversation with your Mower.
  3. If you have already started a conversation with the Mower, select their name from the list of active conversations.

Note that Mowers may not reply to a message while driving.
