How do I request service?

Here's how to request service through the Block app:

  1. From the Home tab, tap the Select a Date field and choose a date from the menu. Mowers will be given a 3-day window in which to service your yard so the earliest date you will be able to request is three days from the day you book.
  2. Once you have selected a date, tap the Select Services field to choose which services you would like to request. Each additional service beyond the mow will have an associated price.
  3. You will be prompted to include any special instructions for the Mower such as gate codes or clarifying directions.
  4. When you are finished, tap the Book a Mower button. The first time you request service, you will be prompted to enable notifications. Tap Turn on Notifications so that your Mower can message you with any questions or concerns.
  5. Wait while you get paired with a Mower.
  6. Once you are paired, you will be notified but no further action is required from you.
