What do I do if a Mower damaged my property?

If a Mower damaged your property, please, do not hesitate to file a claim through the Support tab in your Block app.

To file a claim:

  1. Tap the Support tab in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. From the Select a Job field, choose the job that the support ticket is in reference to. If it is not in reference to a specific job, leave the field blank.
  3. In the field below, write a detailed description of the incident in question and provide all relevant details.
  4. When you have completed the description, tap Submit.

Your claim will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 24 hours. The longer you wait to submit a claim, the more difficult it is for us to help you resolve it.
