What do I do if my equipment breaks down on the job?

If you are unable to service the property due to equipment malfunction:

  1. Tap the Incomplete tab in the menu at the bottom of the job screen.
  2. Select Equipment Malfunction from the options provided.
  3. In the field below, write a detailed description of the problem and your attempted solutions.
  4. When you have completed the description, tap Submit.
  5. From the Choose a Date field, select a date to return within the next three days. If your schedule does not allow you to return or if your equipment will not be ready before then, tap I can't come back so that another Mower can pick up the job.
