What do I do if the client's gate is locked?

If the property is inaccessible due to a locked gate, we recommend you first review the special instructions provided by the User before messaging. If, after messaging them, you have not received a reply within 5 minutes, you may cancel the job.

To cancel the job:

  1. Tap the Incomplete tab in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select Unable to Access Property from the options provided.
  3. In the field below, write a detailed description of the problem and your attempted solutions.
  4. When you have completed the description, tap Submit.
  5. From the Choose a Date field, select a date to return within the next three days. If your schedule does not allow you to return, tap I can't come back.
